Roxy's Reads Author's Fest


Roxy's Reads, 132 Park Avenue, Amherst, will host an author fest on Saturday, July 18 from noon to 4 p.m.

Roxy's has hosted individual authors over the past year, and now we're bringing in a whole group of local authors at once!

So far, the following authors have agreed to appear and sell/sign their books:

Tom Acierno, author of A Whisper in God's Ear;

Naomi Chapman, author of Bathroom Strangler, Secret Past, The Digby Lake Killer, and Wallet of Death;

Bobbie Holliday, author of The Grandmother Who Stood on Her Head and A Course in Yoga and Metaphysics;

Holly McCain, author of Star, Brown Eyes, and Puppy Love;

William F. Rayer, author of The Reach Beyond Tomorrow;

Tim Smith, award-winning mystery author of Memories Die Last, Never Trust Your Dreams, and The Vendetta Factor;

Mary Hilaire Tavenner, author of Memories of Mom: They Called Her "Dutch"; Nun of This ... and Nun of That: Book One: Beginnings; Nun of This ... and Nun of That: Book Two: Making Vows; Memoirs of a Writer in France; Peru, 2002: Memoirs of a Writer in Peru; and Portrait of Helen Steiner Rice: A Lorain Version.

Appearances by additional authors are still possible.
