Broadway's longest running
ROCK musical sensation, RENT, comes to the Canton Palace Theatre in downtown Canton on July 24, 25, and
26!

 

Set in New
 York’s East
 Village, it tells the
emotional tale of a community of young artists struggling to live and celebrate
life – brought to the stage by the powerful, energetic and talented performers
of the North Canton Playhouse. 

 

“Rent” will stir you to the
core with its gritty depiction of city life and riveting message. Rent, with
classic songs like “Seasons of Love” and “La Vie Boheme”, is an updated version
of the classic opera “La Boheme”, and has been a modern classic and Broadway
hit for 12 years, winning Tony Awards and the Pulitzer Prize for drama.
