Tuesday, June 30th, 2009, the local comedic mockumentary series *The Road
to Sundance: on a shoestring budget *will be launching new episodes. The
series, executive produced by northeast Ohio native, Matt Pallotta, has been
in production since last September and continues to produce and launch
episodes until all 20 are online. Shot in Cleveland, Akron and vicinity,
the show follows George Palmer and his local independent film crew as they
attempt to make an epic film for the Sundance film festival, all on a meager
budget. But problems really occur when conflicting personalities collide,
people catch wind that certain people on the project don't know what they're
doing, and compromises are made when they simply can't afford to do it the
right way.
You don't have to leave your house, or even your comfy computer chair, just
move the mouse and click on www.RoadtoSundance.com to watch the new
episodes, launching Tuesdays, starting June 30th. Also, you can find us on
MySpace, Facebook and YouTube. Support *local talent*, because, that's what
it's all about, right?
