TICKETS NOW ON SALE FOR CAMEO'S OLIVER!

Tickets are now on sale for the 2009 Cooperative Alliance of Medina
Entertainment Organizations (CAMEO) summer musical, Oliver!  This
classic musical is adapted from the Dickens novel "Oliver Twist" and
follows Oliver's journey as an orphan in nineteenth century London, with
classic scores such as "You've Got to Pick a Pocket or Two" and "As Long
As He Needs Me."

The production, directed by Bill Hoffman, will open July 24 at the
Medina Performing Arts Center located on the campus of Medina High
School, widely acclaimed as one of the finest facilities in the state of
Ohio.  Performance dates are July 24, 25, 31 and August 1 at 7:30 p.m.
and July 26 and August 2 at 2:00 p.m.  Tickets are $10 for adults and $8
for children and seniors and are available at Medina Buehler's Grocery
stores or online at www.cameo-medina.org.  More information is available

About CAMEO
CAMEO is a community theatre organization located in Medina, Ohio. The
organization was founded in 2003 as a collaboration project between
three local performing arts groups: Medina City Schools, Medina County
Show Biz and the Medina County Performing Arts Foundation. Its chief
goal is to produce large-scale community theatre on a professional
level, bringing families together while doing so. CAMEO produces one
full-length musical every summer of each year with local production
staff and performing artists. Oliver! is the seventh summer musical
produced by CAMEO.
