Scheduled for Sunday, July 26th at Frostville Museum in the Cleveland
Metroparks’ Rocky River Reservation, the Northern Ohio Music Festival
is quickly shaping up to be a successful event for music lovers of all
ages. The program includes talented performers from Bowling Green
State University College of Musical Arts, North Olmsted High School,
and from the Greater Cleveland area, contributing music from multiple
genres, including classical, jazz, and folk music.

The Northern Ohio Music Festival is a fundraiser for the organization
Arts Enterprise BGSU. Arts Enterprise BGSU is the Bowling Green State
University chapter of the national non-profit Arts Enterprise, which
was founded at the University of Michigan. AE is a collaborative
effort from business and artistically-minded individuals seeking to
gain a competitive edge in their discipline through multi-sector
projects. AE BGSU co-founder Chelsea Schumann is a music major and
business minor who graduated from North Olmsted High School in 2007;
she is coordinating the Festival to raise funds for AE activities and
projects.

NOMF will be an all-day event including music, food, and raffle prizes
such as Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and Golf tickets and gift certificate
packages offering free local fare from restaurants like Fathead’s
Brewery and Gene’s Place at Kamm’s Corner. For all children and
students, admission is free, and a simple $3 donation is suggested for
adults. In addition to music, the Frostville Historic Museum
buildings will be open during the event.
Arts Enterprise BGSU and the Olmsted Historical Society have partnered
to enhance the fine arts scene in the Greater Cleveland area, and look
forward to a fun and exciting event on Sunday, July 26th.

Frostville Museum is located in the Rocky River Reservation of the
Cleveland Metroparks, at the corner of Cedar Pt Hill and Lewis Road.
