          The Peace Table—an upbeat, uplifting musical that celebrates hope
in the life of a widowed music teacher, her disabled son and a young
interior designer whose fiancé is called up to serve in the war.  With
toe-tapping tunes and stirring ballads, “The Peace Table” opens a window
into the lives of families struggling with disabilities and war.  More than
20 local actors and musicians are donating their talents to help Hope Homes
with all ticket sales going directly to help Hope Homes.  Guest artists
Marsha Lanzo and Carla Mason Ness, who starred in the debut of “The Peace
Table” in Stamford, CT, are coming to Ohio.      

The Peace Table will be performed at Trinity United Church of Christ in
Canton, Friday, August 7th at 7p.m. and Saturday, August 8th at 3p.m. and
7p.m.  Written by local playwright and composer, Sharon Dobbins Alberson
Trinity United Church of Christ in Canton is hosting the production tickets
for “The Peace Table” are $10 for Adults, $5 for Children 12 and under.  For
tickets and information, call 330-492-3383.
A dinner will be offered between the Saturday matinee and evening
performances for $8.
