[NEohioPAL] BTOTS Audition and Workshop Announcement

Brecksville Theater On The Square will be holding auditions for the hit musical Grease Sunday, August 30th from 2:00-5:00, and Monday, August 31st from 7:00-10:00. Callbacks will be held Tuesday, September 1st at 7:00.
Auditions will be held at BTOTS' Blossom Hill facility off Oakes Road in Brecksville, in Building 5. 
All roles are available for teens 16 and older as well as adults. Those interested are asked to arrive ten minutes prior to the start of auditions to complete information forms. Please dress for movement, and prepare 16 measures of a musical theater or doo-wop style selection (not from Grease) and bring sheet music in the proper key. An accompanist will be provided.
Callbacks will be posted on the BTOTS website the morning of September 1st.
Directed by Kimberly Bush with music direction by Jason Falkofsky and choreography by Diana Strongosky, the production will open November 6th and run three weekends, Friday through Sunday, for a total of nine performances.
Additionally, an audition workshop for Grease will be held on Saturday, August 22nd from 9:00-11:00 at the Blossom Hill facility. Participants will learn about audition etiquette, appropriate song choices, the content and style of the show, dance steps and head shot photos. Bring a notepad, pen, water bottle and dress for movement. Instructors will be Kimberly Bush, Jason Falkofsky and Diana Strongosky. There is no charge for this workshop, and it is not mandatory for those interested in auditioning, nor does it secure a role. Please call the BTOTS office at (440)526-6436 to register.
