AUDITION NOTICE

Robert Fulghum's
Uh-Oh, Here Comes Christmas!

directed by Bill Modic

Auditions will be Monday, August 17 & Tuesday, August 18 at 7:30pm at Clague Playhouse, 1371 Clague Road in Westlake.  The show runs November 13 - December 6, 2009 on Thurs., Fri., and Sat. at 8pm and Sun. at 2pm (no performance on Sun., Nov. 15 or Thanksgiving, Thurs., Nov. 26).

We are looking for 5 actors total: 2 men and 1 woman age 30's to 40's and 1 man and 1 woman age 50's to 60's.

The play is a collection of holiday stories linked by 4 songs and incidental music, a play with music rather than a musical.  So the focus is on strong storytellers/actors who sing and who can hold the stage alone and work well in a supportive ensemble.  Prepare one song; you will be asked to read from the script and participate in group improvisations.



A perusal script is available at the Clague Playhouse Box Office for a $10 deposit through August 14, 2009. Box Office hours are Wednesday - Saturday from 1-6pm.
