[NEohioPAL] How to form a non-profit theatre group?

My friends and I are trying to form a non-profit theatre organization to
perform at various places in Lake County.

Does anyone know anything about this process? Do you have to be a registered
group to obtain the rights to perform different shows? And if so, how?

Are there certain rules and/or regulations to start a group such as this?


Any knowledge at all would be helpful.
