Book Discussion with Cleveland Young Arts Professionals Network: Michael
Kaiser's The Art of the Turnaround
Co-hosted with YNPN Cleveland
Looking for one last summer read? Join Cleveland Young Arts Professionals
Network and YNPN Cleveland as we discuss Michael Kaiser's bestseller The Art
of the Turnaround and the lessons Cleveland's nonprofits can learn from it.
Kaiser, President of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, has
a history of "turning around" troubled arts organizations through creative,
mission-driven approaches. The ideas presented in his book are
thought-provoking, at times controversial, and applicable to many
nonprofits- whether they are in need of a 180 or not.
When: Monday, Sept. 14, 6pm-8pm
Where: Erie Island Coffee, East 4th St. and Prospect Ave., Cleveland
Free event- you and your friends are welcome to join this lively discussion
even if you don't have a chance to read the book.
