*/"80 Years of Knockin' 'Em Dead/"
Directed by Greta Rothman
Written by Andrew & Greta Rothman*
CVLT has produced over a hundred musicals since 1930. In honor of the
80th Season, over a dozen familiar leading characters from these
musicals have been summoned to the stage for a benefit concert. This odd
array of personalities makes life hell for the director and stage
manager, but the situation takes a fatal turn when one of these famous
characters commits a murder!
Who's to blame? Was it the gunslinging 'Curly' from /Oklahoma/? Perhaps
the lunatic swordsman 'Don Quixote' from /Man of La Mancha/? And what
about the bloody-handed 'Maria' from /West Side Story/ or the
overbearing 'Mama Rose' from /Gypsy/? It's up to the audience to help
'Inspector Gotcha' and 'Detective Ketchum' crack the case at our highly
popular annual fundraiser event!
*TICKETS*
$50 per ticket ($25 tax deductible)
Dessert, cash bar, hors d'oeuvres included.
