Dear Friends,
Here is a unique class offered at BCA that we would like to highlight - Metalsmithing & Jewelry with Rita Telaak as the instructor. The registration deadline is near, so if you are interested, please call us at 440-526-6232.
                                                        
Metalsmithing & Jewelry
Jewelry Metalsmithing (AO)
8 3-hr classes
                                                         
Students will design and then create ear-rings, pendants, rings or brooches using a hand saw, file torch, and various other tools to execute their original design. This is not a beading class. The goal is to teach basic Metalsmithing skills, use of hand tools and torch and to promote creativity. Bring design ideas with you. For all skill levels. Supplies will be purchased by the instructor. 

Adults only (students 18 years are welcome if parents are taking the class. Both must be present at every class). Material Fee: Approx $65 (subject to change) includes sterling, copper, brass for the first project use of torches, flux, saw blades, cleaning and polishing compounds, replacement of worn out files with other tools, tumbling, liver of sulphur, other patina liquids. All are supplied by the Instructor.
