[NEohioPAL] Kimball Piano - nice, must sell

A friend of mine has an upright Kimball Consolette piano that she must sell by this weekend.  It is approximately fifty years old with one owner and is in very good condition.  It has some water stains on top and a few chipped keys (replacement keys would be included).   I have a piano tuning and services business and have recently inspected the piano.  It is made of solid cherry wood (lighter color) and has the pipe organ tone chamber.  It has a gorgeous sound.  It would be an excellent choice for a child whose piano teacher is suggesting to move from a keyboard to a real piano.  

The owner is asking $200.00 or best offer.  The piano is located in Strongsville and must be sold and moved by this weekend.  Someone is going to get a very nice piano.
