[NEohioPAL] PAID LOCATION NEEDED FOR COMMERCIAL SHOOT.

The details are as follows (so far): We are scouting the Greater Cleveland area for a classicly styled, tasteful study, den or library, hopefully large enough for a camera crew to move around in, even better if it has more than one entrance. Tasteful wood paneling, possibly a fireplace or even second story to access upper bookshelves, etc. is the desired "look".
 
This is for a comedic web commercial promoting an online video game platform, loosely based on fairy tales, targeting males 18 - 25. Cameo appearance by a male Porn Star, as the spectre in the "Mirror, Mirror, on the Wall" gag, but no nudity, sex, etc. involved. Strictly for laughs. 
 
The location will also need to have a more modern bedroom for second of two scenes involving two actresses (dressed as Snow White and Lil Red Riding Hood) arguing over who "is the Fairest of them all", probably having a catfight. 
 
Additional room for filming a close-up of our Porn Star caught in the act of playing with his........Video Game Controller !!!
 
The house will need to accomodate a film crew of approximately 25 - 30 people. 
Filming is ALL day on Sept. 17th. A fee will be paid and is negotiable, depending on how many houses are required to meet all the requirements. Obviously, if one house can accommodate all the scenes, there is more money for that location.
 
The owner or representative will have to be present for a one - two hour director Scout on Tuesday the 15th, and a one - two hour Tech Scout on Wednesday the 16th, as well as the entire shoot day. Company will provide Contracts and Liability insurance. Need to take Scouting photos sometime between NOW and Monday morning.
