[NEohioPAL] Mini mini review: Watch your wallet

The mainstream cinema has picked my pocket yet again. *District 9* spends 40
minutes or so setting up something pretty interesting, then turns on its
heel and morphs into an action flick of quite ordinary ordinariness,
complete with endless repetition of the "slow music behind frantic action"
trick. Yuk. Maybe they thought we were too dumb to notice.
