 This unique yoga series will explore the dynamic asana sequence Surya Namaskar (better known as Sun Salutation) that consists of many poses linked together honoring the sun and light.  Together we will learn each component of this flow of poses that gives a total and complete movement of 

most muscles in your body.   All will be taught with Kim's easy and relaxing teaching style in a supportive and cheerful environment.  The focus will be on learning the movements within a yoga class that includes a relaxing meditation at the end of class.  

 No previous experience is necessary to give yourself this gift. You can jump in anytime and do not have to commit to the whole series.
