This weekend is Bob Kidney's 63rd birthday, so we are having a two day celebration of Words & Music!  Words and Music 2009 kicks off on Friday the 25th @ 8PM with Terry Hynde & Chris Vance, The Twist-offs, Halim El-Duab, Maj Ragain and The Kidney Brothers.

But, the party continues on Saturday with Hillbilly IDOL, Missy Raines & the New Hip, Merle Mellenkopf, and 15/60/75, The Numbers Band!

The Kent Stage is located at 175 East Main Street in downtown Kent, Ohio.  There is FREE parking behind the theater and on all city streets.  Advance tickets are available at Woodsy's Music and Spin-More Records in Kent, or 24-hours a day at www.kentstage.org or call 1-800-595-4849.  Tickets will also be available at the door.
