The Cleveland Museum of Art Film Series presents In Search of Beethoven, directed by Phil Grabsky, in Morley Lecture Hall:

 *   Wednesday, September 30th at 2:00pm and 6:00pm
 *   Friday, October 2nd at 6:30pm
 *   Sunday, October 4th at 1:30pm

This Cleveland premiere investigates the classical music icon Beethoven and seeks to debunk the myths that have built up around him. Grabsky interviews a wide array of artists and scholars, and punctuates their perspectives with snatches of the composer's sublime music.

Grabsky will appear in person to answer audience questions after both screenings on Wednesday.

"Another highly entertaining and informative biography, presenting Beethoven as a working artist rather than a caricatured grumpy genius. -Time Out London
