[NEohioPAL] Feature Film Auditions

The 2380 Project has finally announced its newest feature film,
"The Sound of Rockets."  Written and directed by Frank Papa III,
"Rockets" tells the story of Tyler, an upper-middle class male who has
become disillusioned with his parent’s country club lifestyle and sets himself out on a self-destructive rollercoaster ride of
alcohol and high-stakes poker forcing away his best friend, Ryan, and
the love of his life, Nancy.  Although he aims to free himself from
social constraint, his two housemates, Denard and Travis, attempt to frame Tyler for a drug score that they
ultimately plan to end with his murder.  Undeterred, Tyler follows his
choices to the very bottom of despair, and only through the help of a
spiritual guide is he able to recover and fight to regain the life that
he so carelessly threw away.

Auditions for the film will take place over the course of FOUR NON-CONSECUTIVE DAYS at The University of Akron's student union.  The days and times are as follows:

  • Wednesday, October 21 from 5pm to 9pm
  • Saturday, October 24 from 11am to 2pm
  • Wednesday, November 4 from 5pm to 2pm
  • Saturday, November 7 from 11am to 2pm
