Thanks all who replied - many, many of you.  I'd remembered a theater I worked at a few years ago having difficulty finding them, but everyone seems to agree they're widely available at costume/makeup/magic stores like Jinxed in Brooklyn, John's Fun House in Euclid, and Illusions in Willoughby.

Several also mentioned they are showing up in the seasonal Hallowe'en stores, and I even got a suggestion for the candy ones at Be a Sweetie in Parma.

Again, thanks for your support, my friends.  This is the sort of thing that makes this list great.
