[NEohioPAL] Seeking a DJ for 11/20, 7-10:30pm

Dear Friends-

I am the MC at a benefit for my friend and gifted artist, Elizabeth
Klonowski Gadus, who has a rare lung disease called Alpha 1.  We need a DJ
to donate their services on Friday, November 20, from 7-10:30 pm.  The DJ we
had has disappeared.  (I guess that now makes him a magician!)

This is a benefit being held by family and friends of Elizabeth. Every
participant from food vendors to artists are donating goods and services. We
need one more big heart for this worthy cause so that every penny can go to
Elizabeth as she awaits a double-lung transplant.

*About Elizabeth*

Elizabeth Klonowski Gadus is a Cleveland-area artist specializing in
calligraphy, stationery design and metal arts. In the spring of 1989,
Elizabeth was diagnosed with Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Deficiency.* (learn more

Although the diagnosis of this genetic disease is rare, it is usually
recognized because of advanced lung (C.O.P.D.) or liver problems (Cirrhosis)
for which transplant is the only option for future survival.

Elizabeth is listed with University Hospitals in Cleveland for a double lung
transplant. This brings a light of hope to an otherwise bleak outcome.
However, insurance does not cover many of the costs associated with the
medical and mechanical needs during or after the procedure, which is why her
friends and family have come together to offer her support. *
