ArtsPrep offers affordable and accessible training in the arts with the
goal that participants who remain in the program, regardless of artistic
talent, will be fully prepared to enter the college of their choosing.
By focusing on rigorous, professional training, ArtsPrep develops
confidence, mastery of craft, creativity, self discipline and
familiarity with a college environment.

ArtsPrep Vision

Every student in the ArtsPrep program will be challenged to do their
best by a faculty of world-class teaching artists. All faculty have a
performance degree in the discipline they teach, or have a long
professional career of distinction. All instruction, regardless of
student age or experience, is at a college level quality tailored
specifically to the needs of our students. Our commitment is to develop
students into "competent craftsmen" who have the opportunity to fully
realize their talent at any level they choose.

ArtsPrep Dance Academy

The ArtsPrep Dance Academy provides students with opportunities to
express themselves creatively through movement. The program, for all
skill levels, helps develop physical conditioning and prepare students
to move into more demanding dance instruction.

Progressive classes in the foundations of modern dance and ballet will
prepare more advanced students to maximize their technical and artistic
skills. These students are strongly encouraged to take classes in both
dance foundations to reap the greatest benefits when exploring various
styles of dance from different cultures and eras. Excellence in
performance will be developed through a presentation at the end of each
