The Edwardian Players from St. Edward High School are ready to fill some black patent leather shoes as opening night is soon approaching for their fall production, the light hearted musical  comedy "Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up?"

The story of adolescence, with all it's angst and hormonal challenges as seen through the skewed eyes of 1950's grade school students becoming high school students, is under the direction of Robert W. Burns and technical direction of John F. Goers.

Playing the roles of the love interests are Emily Lynch as Becky Bakowski and Luke Kollin as Eddie Ryan.  Matt Ventura has the role of Felix Lindor, proverbial "baddest" of the bad boys!  Johnathan Flaugher will play Louis Schlang, while Stephanie Black portrays the role of Nancy Ralansky.  Magan Yantko has been cast as Sister Lee.

Students from St. Edward High School, St. Joesph Academy and Magnificat round out the cast as well as the crew and orchestra.

Performances run this Thursday, December 3rd through Saturday, December 5th at 7:30pm.  On Sunday, December 6th there will be a 2:00pm matinee.

Call 216-221-0793 ext. 201 or 209 for tickets or additional information.
