Peter Pan flies into town for its second North American production
February 20th, 2010, as part of Mercury Summer Stock’s “Just Beyond
The Stars” fundraising gala. Sir James Barrie’s timeless tale of the
boy who never grew up is reborn as a spectacular musical by George
Stiles & Anthony Drewe, composers of the new Mary Poppins, with an
innovative book by the late Willis Hall.

Accepting both non-Equity and Equity member submissions, this staged
reading of Peter Pan will be the culminating event at the “Just Beyond
The Stars” gala, a fundraiser for Mercury Summer Stock’s My first
Musical program. The My First Musical program allows 300 children aged
12 and under free admission to each of the four shows in the 2010
season, and all proceeds from the event go towards the maintenance and
promotion of the program.

ADULT MALE SUBMISSIONS ONLY. No children or women are needed at this
time. Electronic Submissions only. Specifically looking for Adult
Males with great voices and fantastic comic-timing for Captain Hook,
Smee, Mr. Darling, and Peter. Adult males with strong pop/musical
theatre voices are needed as well for Pirates and Lost Boys. Please
email headshot, resume and availability with attention to “Peter Pan”
to: mercuryss at mac.com.
