 I've upgraded and I'm selling this great little voice recorder that's gotten great reviews on the net. The reviews are accurate. The recorder is easy to use, and battery life is excellent. I bought it last year and I'm selling it for $50. That includes the dog-eared manual, cd with drivers and usb cable.
