I wanted to take a moment and thank all those who volunteered/attended Jingle Bell Follies.  The night was a huge success. Providence House said it was the largest fundraiser they have ever had.  Thank you for making a child smile a little more this holiday season.

WingedHeart productions will be holding auditions for Del Shores' hit comedy Sordid Lives.

Auditions will be held Feb 8-9, 2010 from 6-10 PM in The Theater at Bounce 2814 Detroit Rd Cleveland, OH.


Callbacks (if needed) will be held Feb 10th.

Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.  Interested actors may also prepare a 2 minute comedic monologue.

Women auditioning for Bitsy Mae should prepare a few bars of a country or gospel song.

Seeking the following roles:

Bitsy Mae Harling-the guitar playing ex-con singer (guitar playing skills a MAJOR plus)

Ty Williamson-  a beautiful gay man on a journey

Sissy Hickey-  the caretaker who picked the wrong day to quit smoking

Noleta Nethercott-  the angry overweight betrayed housewife

Latrelle Williamson-  Ty's uptight, proper mother

La Vonda Dupree-  Latrelle's liberal-minded worldly sister

G.W. Nethercot-  the distraught legless Vietnam Vet

Wardell "Bubba" Owens- the former gay-bashing remorseful bartender

Odell Owens- Wardell's worthless strory-telling brother

Dr. Eve Bolinger- the over-sexed, pill-popping, alcoholic therapist

Earl "Brother Boy" Ingram- the Tammy Wynette obsessed transvestite

Rev. Barnes- the Southern Baptist preacher

Seeking men and women, late twenties through sixties for all roles.

Rehearsals begin March 8, 2010.

Sordid Lives will run April 9-24th, 2010
