[NEohioPAL] "Alice in Wonderland" auditions at The 82nd Street Theatre

The 82nd Street Theatre will be holding auditions for Alice in Wonderland by
Lewis Carroll, adapted by Katherine Schultz Miller.  This show is expressly
designed for younger performers, and the majority of the roles will be
filled by performers between 1st and 5th grade.  There will be opportunities
for 6th and 8th grade as performers, as well as working on technical aspects
of the production.

      Rehearsals will be held on Saturdays and Sundays, with performance
scheduled for March 19-21, and March 26 – 28.

      All performers should arrive prepared to recite from memory a favorite
nursery rhyme and to read one or more short selections from the script.
Auditions for children in 1st through 5th grade will be held on Saturday,
January 9, from 3-4:15, and on Sunday, January 10, from 2-3:30.  Auditions
for 6th though 8th graders will be on Saturday, January 9, from 4:15 until
5:30, and on Sunday, January 10, from 3:30-4:30.
      The 82nd Street Theatre is a ministry of Abundant Life Community
Church and it recently won first place in the theatre group category, for
the best of Cleveland, in the 2009 FOX 8 HOT LIST.  The most recent
production was Peter Pan, which sold out for 6 straight shows.  Abundant
Life Community Church is located in the Royalton Business Park at 10143
