Auditions for The crucible to be held
february 14th 

 

CANTON,
OH (January 12, 2010) – North Canton Playhouse will hold auditions for
The Crucible on Sunday, February 14th at 6PM at the Playhouse,
located at 525 7th Street NE, in North Canton.

 

The Crucible will be
directed by Marci Lynn Saling. Shows will be performed May 21st –
June 6th.

The Crucible
is centered around the Salem Witch Trials of 1692, where a small group
of young girls were caught dancing in the woods and were deemed to be
practicing witch craft. As they realized the power their faux confessions gave
them, they began to accuse others who were put to trial and in some cases,
death.
