[NEohioPAL] Possible spot to find actors for student films

If you are looking for actors for student or independent projects- a possible place to find actors is the improvisational comedy jam held on Tuesdays at the Bela Dubby.  It starts around 8:00. 

 

The jam is a relaxed place where people who enjoy improvisational comedy come together to work on a style called long form- (basically doing a series of connected scenes based off of one suggestion).  So, you will be able to watch and get a sense of what the actor can do.

 

Most of the people at the jam have full time jobs- so it is difficult for them to get to auditions.  However, they all have very generous and creative spirits and are willing to be involved in student and community projects. 

 

There is an age range of 19-40's.  There are men and women.  And there is a slighty different group of people who play each week.

If you want to come... Bela Dubby is located at 13321 Madison in Lakewood. Tuesdays @ 8:00ish.
