What's with these wild, unfounded rumors about Messrs Moritz, Ives & Berko being dead?

All are fine gentlemen who are in good health, cognizant of their respective environments and each able to perform to the level of his ability.

"The script was given to David Ives to do an adaptation" and, "Under the direction of Matthew Earnest, the Beck production . . ."
Not the other way around, as you indicated in your follow-up to my review.
