Beautiful 7th floor two bedroom condo. Spacious open kitchen and entire wall of living room is window with balcony facing downtown (great for hanging out in nice weather-bedroom views as well), gym on ground-floor with free weights and treadmills, outdoor pool for summer, laundry room, free parking, quiet building/neighbors…6 minutes from downtown if you obey speed limit on Route 2, faster if you’re faster.   Giant Eagle, Target and route 90 is 3 minutes up w117th, CVS on the corner of Lake, etc.  
 
Rent is $400 and utilities (internet and electric) are usually $50 combined.  Gas and Water are included in building plan and thus, rent. 
 
Smoking inside is strictly forbidden, but have at it on the balcony.  
 
About your roommate to-be: 
 
I am an extremely busy young professional and actor. I attend class 2-3x weekly on weeknights and go to gym other nights after work. 
 I am gone usually M-F 8:30am-8:30pm if not later and weekends I’m all over the place.  I am not home often but like peace and quiet when I am usually. I go out on weekends, usually one night, but sometimes both, but never out of control (usually drive myself places) and when I return home just want to eat, watch movies,  sleep, and hangout.
 
Would love if you’re a similar busy-body.
