The final four days are here!

The CenterStage Theater Department at Walsh Jesuit High School will  
present the final four days of its big hit Spring musical production,  
“The Wizard Of Oz,” tonight through March 21st , 2010 at the newly  
renovated theatre at Walsh Jesuit High School 4550 Wyoga Lake Road, in  
Cuyahoga Falls. CenterStage will perform the RSC version, which is  
closest to the movie classic. Last Saturday's show was a sell out!

This timeless classic comes to life on the stage, complete with all  
your favorite characters: munchkins, flying monkeys, wicked witches,  
the Good Witch, the Wizard, Dorothy, the cowardly lion, Tinman,  
Scarecrow and even Toto.  We are pleased to have ZFX Flying once again  
providing our aerial effects.  We previously had their services when  
CenterStage did the production of “Peter Pan” a few years ago. A live  
15 piece orchestra made up of local professionals and some of Walsh  
Jesuit’s finest instrumental students will perform the musical score.

David Banks will once again direct the show as well as the orchestra,  
Kim Raines Colton will handle the Choreography, our Technical Director  
is Mark Schweter, and the set consultant is Phil Miller.

Cast as Dorothy are Paige Hicks of Hudson and Megan Werner from  
Brunswick. The Wizard is played by by Ryan Bellmore of Brecksville.  
Portraying the Lion are Alex Coundourides of Brunswick and Luke Hearty  
of Bedford. Vince Matia of Medina plays the Scarecrow, and Jack  
Fielder of Medina and Jay Swedyk of Hinckley play the Tinman. The  
Wicked Witch will be performed by Rachel Scarponi of Akron and  
Jennifer Mitchkash of Sagamore Hills. Performing the role of Glinda,  
the Good Witch are Anita Salley, of Stow and Alex Kwit from Hinckley.  
Aunt Em will be played by Lauren Cole of Cuyahoga Falls and Mary Smith  
of Canal Fulton. Rounding out the cast of 54 includes Andrew Burge,  
Kelsey Houser, Sidney Minorik, Victoria Tersigni, Katie Whalen, Olivia  
Scott, and Kyle Cousineau of Akron, Erin Szabo, Hallie Wiglusz of  
Brecksville, Katy and Maggie Devine, and Katie Murphy of Broadview  
Hts., Justin Eck, Eli and Angus Coundourides of Brunswick, Evan  
Schlanser of Chagrin Falls, Valerie Snock and Grace Bedell from  
Cuyahoga Falls, Lucas Casserlie of Doylestown, Becca Burkett from  
Elyria, Elizabeth Mathews of Hinckley, Kyle Glascott, Lindsay Jindra  
and Bethany Bennet of Hudson, Derek Switaj from Kent, Allison Matia  
from Medina, Dani Schillero, Matt Graves, and Nate Blasio from  
Sagamore Hills, Liz Volk, Abby Libby, and Haley McShane from Stow,  
Melissa Mossing and Pallavi Sharma from Strongsville, Allison and  
Meghan Stibrick from Twinsburg.

Show dates and times are tonight, March 18 at 7:00pm; March 19, and 20  
at 7:30pm, and March 20, and 21 at 2:00pm. Ticket prices are only  
$12.00 for adults, and $8.00 for students and Senior Citizens. Special
