[NEohioPAL] Help From Percussionists

Percussionists:

I'm hoping that you can identify a small bell/chime that hangs in a local
music store. It's been in stock so long that the owner doesn't know what it
is, and refuses to sell it to me unless I can identify it. It is about four
inches wide, and rotates on a swivel when struck. Any help is appreciated.
