Tonight at 7 p.m., FIRST MONDAYS takes you inside the Bush White House with
a reading of THE SUNRISE SIDE featuring Elizabeth Townsend, George Roth, Joe
Verciglio and Tim Keo

The First Foibles, the First Fears and Frustrations . . . First Mondays
invites you to share an evening with Laura and “GW” on Monday, April 12, at
7 p.m. in The Alcazar, 2450 Derbyshire at the top of Cedar Hill in Cleveland
Heights. Playwright Ashley Minihan has crafted a rare and gentle comedy, a
look at life in the First Bedroom where Laura struggles with her duties as
First Hostess while wondering along with many middle-aged women where her
life has gone and why and whether there isn’t something she can do to get it
back. George wanders in and out bringing news of the outside world, but
little in the way of consolation. He’s a loving and supportive husband, but
he hasn’t a clue about what’s troubling his wife. He just sure is glad she’s
nothing like his mother.

Admission is $5 at the door. Call 321-5400 to arrange handicapped parking in
the Alcazar Garage.
