Giant Eagle, Target and route 90 is 3 minutes up w117th, CVS on the corner of Lake, etc.  
 
Rent is $650 and utilities (internet and electric) are usually $75.  Gas and Water are included in building plan and thus, rent. 
 
Smoking inside is strictly forbidden, but have at it on the balcony.
