Niche audiobook producer Margy talks about her beginnings in the industry and why she focuses on educational audiobooks.
In the world of audiobook publishing it’s the big companies that claim the lion’s share of best-sellers and star narrators; producing high-end products for the retail market and building a large subscription base for their other titles. But the savvy entrepreneur can still find genres that aren’t being served and be successful. Margy Bauman is one of those producers who have found a winning formula by concentrating on academic publishing. Here she talks about her start in the audiobook world and why she picked this niche.

Sean Pratt, (AEA / SAG / AFTRA), has been a working actor for over 20 years. Sean was a member of the resident acting company at The Pearl Theatre, an Off-Broadway classical repertory theatre and has also performed at numerous regional theatres around the country.
