Dave,

The real question is how much you want to spend on a website.

My suggestion would be to use google sites. http://sites.google.com

Since you already have a google account (gmail).  You can login to your
gmail account and go to google site either by typing in the web address or
by clicking on more in the navigation at the top of the page.  You can name
your site what you want but the address will be
http://sites.google.com/site/name you pick.  However you can buy a domain
name from a service like godaddy or any other host for $10 a year or less,
and set up your google site to read as http://www. name you pick.com

There are plenty of forums and help from google that will walk you through
it.

You can use different templates or build your own.  It is very easy and free
(unless you buy a name, then it is just cheap).
