Designed by award-winning filmmakers, the
workshop teaches attendees the business side
of successful filmmaking, including how to
write, pitch, finance, produce, cast, direct and
sell a feature film. The weekend will be led by
veteran producer and NEHST Studios Chairman
and Founder Larry Meistrich.

Attendees will have a chance to pitch their
ideas to Meistrich, who has produced nearly
50 films, including “You Can Count on Me,”
“Croupier,” “Belly” and, most notably, the
Academy-Award winner “Sling Blade.” NEHST
has also discovered new writing talent in pitch
sessions at Boot Camps and have made development
and production deals. NEHST is
actively seeking new scripts and film talent for
upcoming projects.
