Porthouse Theatre, the professional outdoor, summer theatre located on the grounds of Blossom Music Center presents "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" June 10 - 26.  This hilarious tale of a Spelling Bee and its adolescent contestants vying for the spelling championship of a lifetime.  Starring Sandra Emerick as Ms. Peretti, Marc Moritz as Vice Principal Ponch and introducing Rumi Oyama from New York City as Marcy Park.  Also the hilarious cast made up of Dance Castle, Cassie Rea, Jason Samuel, Danny Lindenberger, Maren Ritter and Eric Tsuchiyama. Directed by Terri Kent.  Choreography by Eric van Baars.  Musical director Jonanthan Swoboda.
