Pianist Nathan
 Carterette will be performing his farewell piano recital this 
month.  For the last four years, he has been performing in the Cleveland
 area, not only specialized piano recitals, but also with several local 
orchestras, and curating the Concerts at the Crossroads and Midday Music
 Mosaic series at Christ Episcopal Church in Shaker Heights.



On those series, he presented the complete song cycles of Schubert and 
Schumann; vocal works of Vaughan Williams; cantatas of Bach; and most 
recently, a high-concept concert melding the music of Charles V. 
Stanford with the Congolese Missa Luba.



This piano recital is Sunday, June 20th at 3 pm at CIM's Mixon 
Hall.  It's being presented by the Musical Art Society and will be 
filmed for a DVD production.
