Warning: This is a completely biased review. *(For those of you who hate
unsolicited reviews please delete now.)*

My name is Tom Fulton. I am Executive Director of *Fairmount Center for the
Arts <http://www.fairmountcenter.org>,* the producing organization that
sponsors *FPAC* (The Fairmount Performing Arts Conservatory), under the
artistic direction of Fred Sternfeld. Training actors in the theatre has
been one of my professions for over 30 years. I am also Director of the
Chagrin Falls Performing Arts Academy - a year round, accredited, college
preparatory academy for theatre training encompassing ten school districts
in Northeast Ohio.

I often find myself speaking with some love and affection for what is
consistently proven to be great training and advanced performance skills in
young actors. FPAC is providing that - and is demonstrating the fruits of
their labor in a beautifully realized production of *CHILDREN OF
EDEN.* Terribly difficult music, sung with precision and joy. Gentle,
persuasive
performances by everyone in the cast, many of you who are reading this will
recognize. I'd like to particularly celebrate the work of Sean
Grandillo, Caroline Hatch and Joel Scott Furr, whose passion and subtle
realizations of vital moments were deeply moving. Natalie Green and David
Robeano added the fine professional touch of mentors to this young, powerful
cast.

Children of Eden is the story of the first 1000 years of the human race and
how God learns what it means and how it hurts to be a father, while his
children learn the meaning and sacrifice of love. Thought-provoking,
moving, joyous theatre. This is the last weekend. Take a couple of hours
and join us and celebrate the aspirations and remarkable talent of these
young actors. I urge you to all see *Children of
Eden*<http://www.fredsternfeld.com/edenhonkpride.htm#children>- at
Fairmount's Theatre in Mayfield Village.
