[NEohioPAL] The Miracle Worker auditions

Carnation City Players at the Firehouse Theatre in Alliance, Ohio is announcing 
auditions for their Fall drama-The Miracle Worker. The theatre is located at 450 
East Market St Alliance.  Audition information is below:

Children Auditions
August 22 at 2:00
Ages 8 to 16
Roles available for Helen Keller, 2 servant children, one small boy, and minor 
roles for girls at the blind school.  African Americans needed. Children will be 
asked to read from a script. Those auditioning for Helen (ages 8-12) should 
wear comfortable shoes and clothing and be prepared to participate in theatre 
games requiring physical movement. Helen will be needed at all or most 
rehearsals.

Adult Auditions
August 22 at 6:00
Roles available for 4 women and 4 men ages 16 and older. One African 
American female role available. Annie Sullivan will be needed at all or most 
rehearsals. Auditioners will be asked to read from the script. Well-trained and 
friendly dog also needed. 

Callbacks August 23 at 6:30 if needed. Rehearsals will begin August 29. Show 
dates are October 8,9, 15-17. Perusal scripts available at Rodman Public 
Library in downtown Alliance. For more information call 821-8712.
