Baldwin Wallace College Conservatory Outreach Department is excited to be offering the Triple Threat Music Theatre Program for students ages 10 -15 again this fall. Classes will start August 28 from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm at Kleist Center for Art and Drama on the BW campus.
This exciting program is designed for students who are interested in improving their music theatre skills. Students will participate in a three hour rotation of classes and rehearsals including voice classes, music theatre dance/movement classes and acting classes. There will also be opportunities to combine these skills during a collaborative music theatre workshop experience.
A SPECIAL INVITATION FOR TRIPLE THREAT PARTICIPANTS
In February 2011, BW will be presenting the first ever in-repertory productions of Puccini's La Boheme and Jonathan Larson's Rent. La Boheme will include a children's chorus and auditions will be open only to participants in the Triple Threat program and BW Honor's Chorale. Vicky Bussert of the highly acclaimed Music Theatre Program will direct and Constantine Kitsopolous, conductor of the Broadway production of La Boheme will serve as Music Director and Conductor. Auditions will be held Tuesday or Thursday September 21 or 23, 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Please call 440-826-2365 to schedule an audition.
