[NEohioPAL] HAPPENING TODAY - Cutting over to the new NEOHIOPAL service provider - THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

Hi Everybody,

Neohiopal is going to a new service provider today.  A special thank you to
Conrad Yoder of Big Blue Consulting <http://bigblueconsulting.com/> for
doing yeoman's work assisting in the cut over.

Important things to take note of...

You will be subscribed to the new system automatically as you were before -
either digest or one at a time posting, AND you will get a new welcome
message with some links and instructions.  Everything will look the same as
we are still using the mailman software.

There will be a new posting address:  neohiopal at neohiopal.org. If you post
to the old email address after the cutover, it will be rejected with a
message about how to post to the new system.  This feature will only be
active until August 31, and then the old site and auto-responder will
disappear.

You might have to reset some of your other settings - mime or plain text, no
mail, etc.  You will receive more instructions on this shortly after the
cutover.

The Neohiopal page and FAQ page on my website will have updated information
when the cutover happens.

The complete archives dating back to June 2001 will be migrated to the new
system over the next several days.  Until then, you can still see the
archives previous to 8/19 at the old site.  From 8/19 forward anything new
will be on the new site.  You will get those links on a message later today
after the cutover.
