[NEohioPAL] All of a sudden receiving neohiopal mail even though you were set to "no mail" ?? here's why

Hi,

If you had your settings set to "no mail" and  you are getting mail today,
it is because we have changed over to a new service provider (as of today)
and could not preserve all of your settings.
