Prelude2Cinema has formed Prelude2Cinema Movie Partners: a partnership to 
produce the movie “Out of Darkness: Where is Stacey Summers?”  Prelude2Cinema 
will be seeking equity business partners to add capital and skills to the 
partnership.  All individuals who contribute to the movie are part of the crew 
in making the film.
 
Prelude2Cinema Movie Partners will also include the actors and crew for the 
movie based on the TV Series. Shooting is expected to begin in a few months. For
