[NEohioPAL] accompanist needed in Painesville

The Painesville Women's Chorus is looking for a keyboardist to accompany the chorus at their two yearly concerts and some rehearsals. This would entail playing for two 1-1/2 hour Tuesday rehearsals, the Friday dress rehearsal and the Saturday performance twice a year as well as occasional concerts in the community. More specifically, the 2010 schedule entails the following:

Tuesday, Nov. 23        Rehearsal at Chestnut Elementary School
Tuesday, Nov. 30        Concert at Breckenridge Village
Tuesday, Dec. 7          Rehearsal at Chestnut Elementary School
Friday, Dec. 10            Dress rehearsal at First Church Congregational, Painesville
Saturday, Dec. 11        Concert at First Church Congregational, Painesville

The repertoire includes all types of choral music. We would like someone who has solid keyboard skill with experience as an accompanist and can sight read well. This is a paid position. Resume can be sent to the e-mail or address listed below. Please don't hesitate to phone with any questions.
