[NEohioPAL] English Horn/Bass Clarinet players needed

The TrueNorth Symphony needs an English horn player and a bass clarinet
player for its November 13 concert.  It could be the same person, as the
English horn is needed for the Debussy "Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun"
and the bass clarinet for Respighi "Pines of Rome."  TrueNorth Symphony is a
volunteer orchestra, but would be willing to pay a small stipend to cover
these parts.  Only two rehearsals would be required for these instruments -
preferably Sunday, Nov. 7 and Monday, Nov 8.

 

String players are welcome in all sections.  We rehearse on Monday nights at
TrueNorth at French Creek Nature Center, 4530 Colorado Ave.(Rt. 611) in
Sheffield Village.  Besides the works mentioned above, we are also
performing three movements from Beethoven's Sixth Symphony and the Vivaldi
Winter Concerto.
