Cleveland Public Theatre announces auditions for the Midwest Premiere of:
FEVER/DREAM

Say your father was the President of a multi-national corporation and you were chained to the customer service desk as soon as you could dial a phone... if someone made you CEO for a day, would you go crazy? This raucous and highly physical comic reinvention of Pedro Calderon de la Barca's classic Life is a Dream, gleefully skewers corporate America with razor-sharp wit, and forecasts a corporate-world transformation as Gen-Y takes over the world.

This production requires a large ensemble cast with a variety of ages, ethnicities and physical types!

Looking to cast the following roles:
SEGIS: male, 20 - 30 (some singing required)
FRED CLOTALDO: male, 45 - 65
CLAIRE: female, 20 - 25
STELLA: female, 30 - 40
ASTON: male, 25 - 35
ASSOCIATES (4 roles to fill): male & female, 20 - 30
ACCOUNTANTS (4 roles to fill): male & female, 35 - 50

Equity agreements may be considered for this production

Auditions will be held:
Sunday, October 24th: 6:00pm - 10:00pm
Monday, October 25th: 6:00pm - 10:00pm

Auditions are by appointment only and will be scheduled in 5 minute increments. Actors should prepare a 1 - 2 minute contemporary comedic monologue.

Rehearsals for this play will begin in late February with performances in the Gordon Square Theatre April 7th - 23rd. Performances are Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings with one Sunday matinee and one Monday evening performance.
