[NEohioPAL] Choirs needed for "Messiah Rocks" at PlayhouseSquare 12/5/10

Handel's Messiah Rocks, an exciting, interactive new holiday event is seeking BOTH young adult AND children's choirs to be part of the show when it visits the Palace Theatre at PlayhouseSquare in Cleveland on Sunday, December 5th at 7:30pm.  This is a great opportunity for schools, churches or community groups.  Choirs must be available for rehearsal on the day of the performance with the Choir Coordinator, Music Director, Band, Orchestra, and Soloists.  All materials will be provided by Handel's Messiah Rocks for advance preparation.

Young Adult Choir
-          20-30 member choir ages 16-25 (can be High School Juniors and Seniors)
-          Approximately even number of men & women, as well as choral parts
-          Choir must be comfortable with staged movement and blocking

Children's Choir
-          10-12 member choir ages 7-12
-          Mix of boys and girls
-          Choir must be able to memorize both music and staging
